The Return of 5K

It's been a while since I've been on my blog, so I figured since I now have some time to do this, I'll make a new post. Here are some highlights of the past almost two months:

- I've started running again. Since the middle of March, I have amassed over 100 miles, and run two 5Ks. This summer marks the return of free t-shirts and the 5K nickname.

- My time in Mount Pleasant is coming to a close. I've planned on working during the summer up here, but I will be moving back to Lansing in the Fall to student teach at Waverly East Intermediate School. Then, after the numerous amounts of coin and time spent, I will be able to start a career.

- Casey and Amelia got engaged. Many of you knew that, but for those who didn't, now you do. Congrats to them

- Cal, Jake, and Preston went to Oklahoma and competed in the World Cow Chip Tossing Championships. Good for them.

Well, that's about it. Gizzard Fest is only a month away, and I know I'm looking forward to the sweet taste of deep fried gizzards and the overwhelming smell of carnie. If you are going to be in the Potterville during the fest, let me know, we'll probably do a BBQ at my place again this year. Talk to you all later. I'm out!

Yeah, sorry about that. I've had a busy month or so. Hopefully, I'll be more consistant during the summer.
