A few random thoughts
I feel like posting something but I just don't know what to say. So here are a few things that have been running through my mind today.
This past weekend was wicked awesome to the max.
This is simultaneously one of the funniest and saddest little cartoon drawings I’ve ever seen.
Saturday evening I fed some racist ducks.
Tonight I have big plans to make a massive roast beef sandwich on a sourdough baguette.
Sometime this week I plan on going to the cemetery to experiment with black and white photography.

How was that sandwich? I pride myself on concocting good sandwiches, roast beef on sourdough sounds pretty frickin good.

It was a damn fine sandwich. Roast beef, romaine lettuce, red onion, sharp cheddar cheese, mayo, horseradish and just a hint of dijon mustard, all placed between two crusty pieces of sourdough baguette. And complimented with an ice cold Blue Moon. Now that I think about it, it was so good that I'm going to have the same thing tonight.

Here's another good sandwich. Take a whole loaf of french bread, spread on some dijon mustard and mayo, then add a pound of sausage, a pound of shredded pepper-jack cheese, some roasted red peppers and sprinkle on a few diced chives. Slap it together and broil that tasty son of a bitch for a few mintutes. Mmm Mmm good.

When I was in my full-blown sandwich making phase, I made a lot of sandwiches with bagels. Bagel makes a GOOD bread substitute. And ranch instead of mayo.
