I miss Michigan. Don't get me wrong, I like it down here. I enjoy my job and I'm having fun with the few friends I've made. But I miss Michigan weather, I miss Swag nights, I miss Xbox in the man room, I miss Casey's basement, The Claddagh, Geo-Cashing, Saki and Uncus, the goats, my family, a real yard and the cornfield behind it, and the prospect of snow coming soon. It's finally cooling off down here and I love it. It's funny to see people all bundled up outside when I'm walking around in jeans and a t-shirt. Today I saw a couple of people in sweatshirts hunched up against the wind and I was just fine in my work cloths. The weather man is saying how extremely cold it is right now... I haven't even turned my heater on yet. They say at least once a year an ice storm hits and the city shuts down. I can't wait for that day because it's not going to stop me.
