The nighttime, sniffling, sneezing, coughing,
Aside from the fact I'm really sick right now with a sore throat, runny nose, achy body, light head, run down feeling bug of some kind, today is shaping up to be a good day. For starters it marks the end of a three week long session of emails and visits to various advising offices to straighten out my audit problems so that I am now officially able to graduate at the end of Summer I. Also, I just received an email from the editor of a newspaper asking me to send some clips, which means my job search is starting to pay off and somebody is interested in me. The only problem is that I realized I never bothered to keep track of which newspapers go with which email addresses and since I sent my resume all over the nation, I have absolutely no idea what newspaper this is or where it is located. Twenty minutes or so of internet detective work will solve that problem and in the meantime I'm basking in the secure knowledge that I'm on the verge of ending my long and eventful academic career and stepping out into the real world.
