Hamburgers. The cornerstone of any
Congratulations go to myself because this Saturday will mark 100 days without fast food. It may shock some of you to know but I've also all but stopped drinking caffeine and alcohol, though that has more to do with regulating the chemicals in my brain than anything else. The point is, months without fast food combined with my ordinary aversion to junk food, a trait instilled by my mother as I grew up, and my gut has drastically decreased in size. Now if I could only get myself to exercise I would be one healthy boy. Maybe when I get out of school and into the real world I'll find the time and money to get back into Tai Chi or Yoga. For being so slow, they both kicked my ass. Especially that time I pulled both my Achilles tendons. That was a rough couple days.
