My Kung Fu Is Strong
From time to time I run through my Tai Chi routine or a few Yoga positions but I don't do them nearly as frequently as I should or as I did when taking both classes last semester. However, today I did some Qigong exercises, my Tai Chi routine, then a set of Yoga positions called Sun Salutations. Then I took a shower and now I feel great. I'm a little bit sore but incredibly loose. I’m going to add doing this more often to my New Year’s Resolution.
