You can't drink and then come to work. You're not airline pilots.
After being short staffed for three weeks, we finally got a new guy today. And the best part is, he's American. I'm not in any way racist and I'm not ignorant enough to think that to live in America you have to speak perfect English, but there are some jobs where you must be fluent in English. The last non-American we had in here was horrible. I could hardly understand him and he couldn't understand the people he was supposed to be helping. It's going to be nice to have a lab full of people capable of communicating with each other and the clients.
