The most high-tech thing on this computer is the flying toaster screen saver.
Few things in this world are as satisfying as having your laptop computer boot up normally after you took out every screw you could find, pried everything apart, then superglued some plastic pieces back into place. I have no qualms about ripping open a desktop computer but this was the first time I opened a laptop. A few days ago I tripped over the power cord and yanked my computer off the coffee table. Last night when I went to plug it in I noticed the jack was broken. This morning I fixed it. I rock!
